What VibePortfolio Provides

VibePortfolio is a portfolio platform designed for builders and developers. We help you:

Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

Your Content

You own everything you create on VibePortfolio. When you upload content, you:

• •Can export anytime — You can download or delete your content whenever you want

Account Termination

You can leave anytime. Delete your account through settings, and we'll remove your data within 30 days.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. We'll try to warn you first unless the violation is severe.

Service Availability

VibePortfolio is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we work hard to keep the service running smoothly, we can't guarantee:

During beta, expect some rough edges. We appreciate your patience and feedback!

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibePortfolio and its team aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (if anything).

Paid Features

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• •Billing is recurring (monthly or annual) unless you cancel
• •You can cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
• •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as VibePortfolio grows. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VibePortfolio is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
